Fee Structure

Initial Design Consultation – Concept Development Fee: €200 plus VAT 23% for 2 hours + summary report Our initial design consultation, priced at €200 plus VAT 23%, includes a 2-hour visit to your home for a thorough discussion of your design challenges on-site. During this time, we will assess the layout, consider budget constraints, and explore colour and fabric ideas to establish a clear concept for development. This service is ideal for clients contemplating a design project or those seeking guidance for smaller projects. Following the consultation, a summary email will be sent for your reference. If the consultation extends beyond 2 hours, an additional hourly rate of €60 will be applied. A mileage charge may apply for locations beyond 20km from Dublin 4/6.Design Process Stage Fee: €60 plus VAT 23% Building on the Initial Design Consultation, the Design Process involves transforming the design concept into a tangible reality. This stage encompasses my design time spent on sourcing products, obtaining quotations, collecting samples, creating mood boards, and communicating with you. The fee for this stage is €60 plus VAT 23%. The cost for 2D & 3D drawings, primarily relevant to commercial projects, is additional. The overall fee for the Design Process will be determined based on the number of rooms and elements involved, with an hourly rate of €60 plus VAT 23% applicable.Project Management Fee: €60 plus VAT 23% per hour After the Design Process Stage, if you choose to implement the scheme independently, the option is yours. If, however, you prefer professional project management, my hourly rate for scheduling, timing, coordination, and on-site supervision is €60 plus VAT 23%. Colour Consultation Fee: €150 plus VAT 23% for 1.5 hours For a fee of €150 plus VAT 23%, I can assist you in selecting the perfect colour scheme for your space, considering various design factors within your home. This consultation, lasting 1.5 hours, includes a review of colour cards from Fleetwood, Colourtrend, Little Greene, and Farrow & Ball. A summary email with specified colours will be sent afterward. If the consultation surpasses 1.5 hours, an additional hourly rate of €60 plus VAT 23% will be applied. Fee Notes & Timing of Payments • Initial Consultation fee of €200 plus VAT 23% – €246, to be paid in full at the time of consultation. • Colour Consultation fee of €150 plus VAT 23% – €219, to be paid in full at the time of consultation. • Design Process fee: 50% deposit at the outset of the project, balance on submission of design. • Project Management fee: Invoiced on a weekly basis. • Home/Site Visit: €60 plus VAT 23% – €73.80 per hour. • Cost of items purchased from suppliers requires a 50% initial payment at the time of order and the balance prior to receipt.Travel/Mileage Charges Varied rates based on distance from Dublin 4/6. Post the Initial Design Consultation, there's a one-month window to book into the Design Process stage. If no action is taken within this timeframe, we will assume the Design Process element is not required.
